Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how SkillBriz Academy and its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “our”, “us”) collect, use, share, protect, or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website skillbrizacademy.com and related mobile application(s) (together, the “Platform”).
You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India, subject to Section Data Storage & Transfers.
By visiting the Platform, providing information, or availing any product/service, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable product/service terms, and to be governed by the laws of India, including data protection and privacy laws, as applicable. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.
Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed by us in connection with your use of the Platform, our products, services, marketing, and customer support interactions (online and offline). This Policy does not apply to third‑party websites, services, or applications that we do not control.

Security tip: We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP, or net‑banking password. If you receive such a request, do not share the information and report it to law enforcement.

Withdrawal is not retrospective and may impact service availability.

The Platform is not intended for use by children under the age specified by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent/authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us for deletion.
Data Storage & Transfers
Personal data is primarily stored and processed in India. If we engage providers or partners located in other jurisdictions, we will take appropriate measures consistent with applicable laws to protect personal data when it is processed outside India.
