Refund Policy
Policy Snapshot
- Free cancellations with full refund up to 7 days before a course start date.
- Within 3–6 days of start: 50% refund or one free deferral.
- <72 hours before start or after classes begin: No cash refund; deferral/seat transfer options may apply.
- Self‑paced/digital products: refunds only if requested within 24 hours and <10% content consumed / no files downloaded.

Overview
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to purchases made on skillbrizacademy.com or our official payment links. It covers instructor‑led courses, bootcamps, workshops, self‑paced programs, and any physical kits/merchandise (if offered). This template is aligned to Indian consumer norms; please read category‑specific rules below.
Instructor‑Led Courses & Bootcamps
- 7+ days before start: 100% refund of the tuition paid.
- 3–6 days before start: 50% refund or one free deferral to the next available cohort of the same program.
- <72 hours before start or after commencement: no cash refund. You may request deferral to a later batch or transfer your seat to another person you nominate (subject to eligibility and admin review).
- No‑shows (absent from the entire program) are not eligible for refunds.
- Academy cancellation/reschedule: If Skillbriz Academy cancels a batch/date, you may choose a 100% refund or a free reschedule.
Workshops & Webinars (Limited‑Seat Events)
- 48+ hours before event: 100% refund.
- 24–48 hours before event: 50% refund.
- <24 hours before event or after the event starts: no cash refund. Seat transfer may be permitted.
Deferrals, Seat Transfers & Reschedules
- One free deferral is available in cases stated above; further deferrals may attract an admin fee.
- Seat transfer to a replacement participant is permitted prior to program start, subject to eligibility and documentation.
- If a program is rescheduled by Skillbriz Academy, you can accept the new date, choose another cohort, or request a full refund.
Refund Method & Timelines
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/bank/card/wallet) within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank, card network, UPI app, or wallet provider. We do not levy hidden charges; however, any fees charged by your bank/card/UPI provider are outside our control and are non‑refundable.
How to Raise a Request
- Email info@skillbrizacademy.com with subject “Refund/Deferral Request – Order #…”.
- Include your registered name, phone, order ID, program name/date, and reason.
- Attach supporting documents/screenshots (payment receipt, bank ref no., etc.).
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve within the timelines above.
Late / Missing Refunds
- Check your bank/card/UPI statement again after 10 business days.
- Then contact your bank or card issuer; posting delays are common.
- If the refund still hasn’t appeared, write to support@skillbrizacademy.com with your order ID and bank reference.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, resolution may be delayed. We request that you raise a ticket with us so we can assist promptly and provide documentation to your bank if needed.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect program changes or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated on this page or via email/SMS where appropriate.
Legal (India) & Jurisdiction
This Policy is intended to be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. It is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
