Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform shall immediately cease; however, obligations which by their nature are intended to survive termination (including indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, strikes, lockouts, embargoes, government orders, acts of civil or military authorities, or interruption of utilities or communications.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
• Assignment: You shall not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights/obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices: We may provide notices by posting on the Platform, by email, SMS/WhatsApp, or by courier to your address on record.
